We had 2 teams playtesting our game
Feedback:
- Kids loved the challenge
- They interacted with the plastic jellyfish and seaweed that were hanging in the gazebo
- We needed to tell them right at the beginning that they can't go diagonally (which you can in minefield)
- we had to constantly encourage teamwork (especially for Team 2)
- it worked with using an easier level and then gradually making it harder
- laser cut creatures need to be hung either higher or lower than the children (head high is a hazard)
- second group had trouble with teamwork, as two of them got distracted with balloons
- we need another element in the game. Like a specific field gives you power-ups, power-downs, extra lives etc. they can be physically on the grid, they could be drawn into the map.
